Fallon Jethroe (she/her) is the Founder & Talent Manager Fallon’s has nearly 20 years of experience producing award-winning unscripted television and her passion for pop culture and cultivating talent. Fallon currently serves on The Podcast Academy Board of Governors

Fallon manages high level talent and executive produces award winning podcast. Fallon was most recently a podcast, executive producer for Westbrook Entertainment, founded by Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith. 

While at Westbrook, Fallon oversaw the podcast division and served as an executive producer on “POSITIVELY GAM”, “LET’S RED TABLE THAT”,  “RED TABLE TALK (Webby nominated Podcast)” and “NAVIGATING NARCISSISM”, which was nominated for Best Wellness & Relationship Podcast at the Podcast Academy’s 2023 The Ambies Awards.
