Fallon Jethroe (she/her) is an award-winning producer with over 25 years of experience across unscripted television and podcasting. She most recently served as Executive Producer of Podcasts at Westbrook Media, where she led the division’s creative strategy and production slate. Her credits include “Positively Gam,” “Let’s Red Table That,” “Red Table Talk” (Webby-nominated podcast), and “Navigating Narcissism,” which earned a 2023 Ambie nomination for Best Wellness & Relationships.

Fallon currently serves on the Board of Governors for The Podcast Academy and is a member of the Producers Guild of America. Her work focuses on building standout content and helping talent find and own their voice.
